SHIPPING

We provide fast & secure shipping service worldwide via UPS, DHL Express, Purolator, Canada Post and GLS Transport. Most items are made and painted on order within 2 months before shipping*.

* PRODUCTION TIMES ARE ALWAYS APPROXIMATE AND MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ORDERS IN PROGRESS, WITHOUT NOTICE.

Since each piece is made and painted on order, lead times may vary from order to order depending on what you are ordering. Production/Delivery times may vary depending on the order volume at the time. Shipping typically takes 2-6 business days to the following countries in metropolitan areas.

We ship to Canada and United States. Please contact us if you require shipping outside these countries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

    Artwork Bodyshop will accept refund only if the request is made within 7 days after the purchase. Please take note that if you need to cancel your order for any reason and the 7 days deadline has passed, a 10% fee based on the order amount may be deducted from the refund, subject to our discretion.

    We don't accept return unless we made a mistake in your order, if parts are defective or damaged. The product must be unused, and in its original condition. The refund will only be processed once the product is received back and has been inspected.

    All of our products are designed and tested to fit with the OEM body/coachwork, as outlined in the product descriptions. Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for incorrect application of one of our products. If unsure whether a product will fit your car, please contact us directly prior to finalising your purchase.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    LIMITATIONS OF PROMOS CODES

    • Only one promo code can be applied per online order.
    • Promo codes are good for one-time use only.
    • Promo codes must be used before they expire.
    • Promo codes cannot be applied toward future or multiple purchases.
    • Promo codes are non-refundable.
    • Discounts can't be combined with promos codes.

      DAMAGE AND PRODUCT LOSS

        We will not be responsible of any damage our product could incur to your car. A proper installation using, not only our hardware and recommendation, but also your common sense and good judgement will never lead to loose our products on the street.

            Our installation instructions is a general way to install our products on most of vehicles. You should never drive the car after the installation if you are not 100% sure of the strength of it on your bumper. Let the car to a professional so he can do the adjustments if needed.
